I really like my psychiatrist, but there's a $500 cost every time I have an appointment for an hour.

My care here has been superior from the front desk to the doctor and nurse visits. I could not be more pleased. Their medication knowledge is excellent. The time they spend asking me questions and listening to me is more than I ever received at any other healthcare facility from a psychiatrist.

For a practice who specializes in dealing with mental health issues they show no compassion!!!! Staff reached out on Monday afternoon to "reschedule" me. I was scheduled for the next day at 11am. They couldn't seem to find the appointment though, then proceeded to ask about my outstanding $37 balance. I told her I'd pay it in office tomorrow as I hadn't even received a statement. Fast forward, not 24 hrs from receiving THEIR call, my father in law passed away. Called immediately to cancel the appointment as I had to head immediately to Illinois. The women acted like they were doing me a favor by waiving the cancellation fee then proceeded to inform me ONCE AGAIN I had a $37 outstanding balance. This is appalling!!! finally did receive my statement and the balance wasn't overdue. $37 was deemed more important than the loss of a loved one!

I was referred by my neurologist and paired with Madelyn Myers, NP. The telehealth system has been top-notch and their website/portal is simple, clean, and easy to navigate. Madelyn is kind and understanding, and I am so very glad I'm finally able to get the help I have needed for so long. Thank you for such an easy process and such a skilled provider!
