Love this place Dr Jillian is the best

I have been a patient of Dr Jonathan for couple months now. he is an outstanding doctor who takes the time to listen to the patient and determine the best treatment plan for the individual. Unlike many doctors you don't feel rushed to get out the door as quickly as possible to increase the profit margins. Based on her listening skills, attention to detail and thoroughness you can tell he really cares about his patients. He Rocks.

Horrible service, no bedside manner, no empathy, totally rude and arrogant lady at front desk. Not the first time I’ve had a problem when showing up for scheduled appointment, but will be the last. PA made adjustments to meds prescribed while in hospital without reviewing medical records or any form of blood tests. Take your money and make a guess medical practice.

Horrible experience BOTH times i went. These people don’t care about the poor or the ones with mental health issues. The quicker you get in the back room, the quicker you are to leaving cause they don’t care. You’ll feel like they just threw a prescribe medication to you just so you can leave. They don’t even try to find the root of the problem. Definitely will not be going back.

The staff are very pleasant, they great you in a timely fashion, and the doctors that I’ve dealt with are very tentative and listen to your concerns.

Would give 0 Stars if i could, worst place ever. Dr. diagnosed me with something and prescibed medicine then had the nurse call me the next day saying I could stop taking it because I didn't have what they diagnosed me with... the nurse laughed when she told me.. i told them I didn't need a pregnancy test and they charged me for it.. happened twice... don't go here... this happened a year ago

My parents, sister, and I were patients at this office for over ten years. The first issue I had was with Dr. Redwine, who refused to prescribe me birth control because I was not married (I was 19 or 20 and needed it for acne, which is what I had needed it for since I was 14 years old. I explained this and he didn't care, just said, "Sorry. You have to be married."). I decided to let that slide because I can get BC from my gynecologist, but I should've known then I would have problems later trying to get other basic medications.I have a neurological disorder (diagnosed by a psychiatrist after hours of testing) and take the lowest dosage possible of my medication, which I've been taking for about twelve years. I have never been irresponsible with this medication and try to take as little as possible. Last year, I completely had to go off my medication because Dr. Redwine and I had a miscommunication about the dosage of it (basically, I had a bunch of expired medication in my house, which he told me to throw away, then after I did that, he prescribed me only HALF the medication I needed, and I need to take it at least once a day, so half wasn't enough. I explained this, by the way, and no one cared).After this happened, I called the office and explained what happened. The lady tells me she'll have someone call me back. I get a call back from the rudest, nastiest woman (no idea who, but think it was one of the nurses there), who basically accuses me of wanting more medication to sell on the street (HAHA!), and then she tells me that "calling Dr. Redwine names isn't going to help your case." I don't know what she was on about with the "case" thing, but I never called Dr. Redwine any names (why would I?)... I told her several times it was a miscommunication and that I'd like to speak to him about it (he's MY DOCTOR prescribing MY MEDICATION, so the fact I was having to involve this third-party stranger in my business just makes it seem like Dr. Redwine doesn't care. At all.). She eventually just hung up on the phone on me (after telling me she was gonna "tell Dr. Redwine what I said.") and when I called back the next day to speak to a manager about the whole bizarre situation, the manager was just kind of like "oh. Okay. Mhm. Yep. Ok." No one ever followed up. I never got to speak to Dr. Redwine.As far as I know, Dr. Redwine thinks I insulted him and was demanding more medication (when all I wanted was just to speak to him), and no one at the office even cared about how rudely I was treated, so why would I continue to go back there? You shouldn't, either, especially when there are so many good, nice doctors around.READ ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! I don't think anyone here is exaggerating or being over the top about their negative experience. They treat people pretty badly. I have a lot of piercings and colorful hair, and even when I was just requesting an antibiotic, they treated me like I was trying to get hardcore medications from them. Awful service, a rude, discriminatory staff, and a doctor who just doesn't seem to care.edit: I originally started seeing Dr. Edwards at this location and he was amazing. Beverly Jordan, who still works there, is also truly wonderful. Also, all the bad reviews about the wait times are 100% true. If my appointment was at 2 PM, I knew I wouldn't be seen until 3 PM or later, and I wouldn't be leaving until 4 or later (just for a basic, routine appointment).

I was a patient with them for two years. Dr. Redwine is pompous and lacks any type of bedside manner. The office staff is also arrogant most of the time, there are a few that are nice. They expect all payment before any type of work is done and they refuse to just bill you. Find a better doctors office.

I had an appointment at 3pm. I got there promptly at 2:45 to fill out my paperwork. I waited patiently until 4:30 to kindly ask the status and the response was they are busy. But everyone who signed in after me came and left. I finally got at seen 5 and then left at 5:30. Why make an appointment? It was an awful experience.
