GREAT........

This is a great local family doctor. My mother has been coming here for years and each time im never disappointed. The staff is very nice and courteous. Also they are very accommodating to all their patients. Only small issue is sometimes they're a bit slow. Overall though i recommend them to whoever's looking for good doctor.

Appt time was way off, took my husband an hour plus to be seen. Front desk so not pay attention to Doctors note and just wrote freehanded work excuses with letters missing from names. Environment just does not seem right..

I love Sherry Viduya!! She has been my doctor since 2010 & I referred my family to her and they all go to her now as well !! she is very caring & concerned with her patients well being and health ... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Now don’t get me wrong dr. Viduya is awesome! But the people at the front desk are rude when you ask a question, and I’ve been trying to get a referral for the longest and these people really don’t know how to do one job, and let’s say you have a doctors appointment @10...honey don’t even worry about being late cause you’ll actually been seen @11 😂

Scheduled an appointment for 10:45 sat in the waiting room 2 hours not seen. The providers and staff take lunch from 1pm-2pm so I am still awaiting care. I left work to make my appointment on time (I work from home and live 15 minutes away) Had I known in advance that my scheduled time slot would be behind I could have made arrangements to continue working until it was close to my appointment late in the afternoon. I am thoroughly disappointed as i do not feel well and was told I would be seen in the morning. I work in healthcare and have never experienced something like this with any facility I’ve worked for. Truly upsetting that my time was not taken into consideration. Will not be returning to Liberty Doctors going forward.UPDATE:: let me clarify that Dr Viduya was not the provider I was scheduled to see. Also, the manager did come to me personally to apologize and explain the issue with my time slot being later than scheduled this was VERY much appreciated. Misunderstanding and look forward to giving this location another try

During my visit on April 1st, their office lets me did a survy, one of the question is that if Patients get to see doctor within 15 minutes of appointment time. Well, the service on that day was good. Dr. Viduya Sent me out for X-ray and made a follow up appointment to get X-ray result on April 8th. But when I show up at appointment time 12:00pm yesterday for my X-ray result, her nurse brought me in one of the room at around 12:15pm but made me waited until 12:58pm to see her. Spent less than 10 minutes showed me X-ray imagine as I requested and gave me the report. The front desk charged me another copay which I am not sure why charge patients for a return service to get X-ray result. Every time I call the office, it will straight go to voice message, hopefully I can get an answer online.

If you have an Rx that requires routune lab work, you'd think your prescription would last until your next lab appt, right? Nope. So when I ran out, I called to get a refill and not only did they ignore me, my pharmacy noticed I needed more and put in a request independently from mine and they were ignored as well. So now I'm without my meds for a few days until they can get their act together. Health be damned.

She is acurate and thorough, but most of all she cares and I love her. I have been her patient for seventeen years.

Dr. Viduya herself is great but now that she's merged with Palmetto Primary & Dr. Campbell's office there's zero customer service. An automated service takes a message and they do not call back in a timely manner. My experience with this office is long waits/delays and horrible attitudes from the staff. I will have to find another physician who has a staff that respects their patients' time better than this office does.
