I would give negative stars if possible.

My family has been with Dr. Arnau for 20+ years and I’ll still keep going.

These people are as incompetent as they come smh. I was referred to this place and I don’t think I’ll be going back. The waits are super long the lines are always busy. The girl Ashley who answers the phone seems lost She never got my appointment put in and forgot to send in for my prescription Talk about a waste of my time What if it was life threatening it’s sad you can’t depend on your medication getting sent or your appointment put down. Luckily I called back bc something was just off with that girl. Will be finding a new provider. Good riddance.

Doctors prescribes to much unnecessary medication for a symptom that needs little to no drugs. Decided to see a specialist for my medical needs.

I don’t know why I have such trouble getting in to see any doctors here. I scheduled an appointment over the phone gave all my information and everything to the receptionist and when I showed up was informed that no such appointment existed. No apology or offer to reschedule just ‘sorry you’re not in here I’ll help the next guest’. I won’t even attempt to contact an office manager I’ll just go somewhere else.

Terminated me as a patient after I called them out on neglect. Found severe damage in my spine and declined to treat me appropriately along with their referral to another palmetto doctor who was also a crook. This office is ghetto af and good luck dealing with some call center when you need help. Or if you need to speak to a nurse good luck. They are crooks who don’t listen to patients . Not everyone who needs help dealing with pain is a drug addict. Stay away from this place they will take you money and make you go to 10 visits for one small treatment .

This place sucks If I could give it zero stars I would The staff is horrible The girls up front always have snotty attitudes. There are tremendously long wait times Nothing is ever done on time. The girl Megan seems to never get done what she needs to get done as I don’t know how many times I’ve been trying to get my FMLA done The phones have long wait times upon me checking out I’ve only seen two girls answering the phone on at least every visit are you kidding me I know there is a third one but she seems to never be at her desk I don’t know why I keep coming here but this is it Please do not go to this office they are not sufficient and don’t care about thier patients They should be shut down

Dr. Arneau has been my physician for 17 years. Hes a good doc honest listens. Ive always been treated well by front office and billing has always been correct.
