Everyone were so nice from the nurses, doctors could not get any better

Towards the end of 2020 I had 2 major surgeries at Trident and the care I received was nothing short of outstanding. Even with the extra workload due to covid every appointment, bloodiest, scans and finally surgeries went like clockwork. For me the whole system worked like a well oiled machine. I can't say enough good things about this hospital, my Doctors and their assistants and last but not least the amazing nursing staff. And a special thanks to the nice young lady in registration who knows how to pull strings when time is of the essence. I wouldn't be the happy, healthy feeling individual I am today without y'all.

It was very organized and I was in and out. My results were emailed to me within 5 hours or less. I recommend everyone get their mammograms' at Trident Breast Center.

If I could give 0 I would. Worst care I’ve ever received. As a disabled/chronically ill person I’ve been to many different doctors, urgent cares, emergency rooms etc. This was the single worst experience I’ve ever had top to bottom. If you can avoid it go anywhere else where you might receive literally any patient care. They continually messed up my medications and the communication between EVERYONE is non existent.

My experience at the Trident Medical Arts Building imaging center has always been excellent. The process has become more streamlined and time saving. I even received my mammogram results electronically in a couple of hours. The staff are friendly, professional, and caring.

As much as I hear negative things about Trident, I cannot agree with those things. I recently had my second procedure done there (first was in 2019) and I had a great experience each time. With my most recent procedure, everyone was so nice and helped with whatever I needed. I must recognize Esther C (I believe that’s her name). She was amazing from the time I stepped foot in the back. She was very caring. Made me feel at ease and helped with all my needs. No complaints on this end. Thank you Trident Medical Center for the care and compassion you all deliver.
