The entire staff makes you feel welcomed. Kim at the front desk welcomes you with a smile . Mackenzie and Taylor go over the exercises in a professional manner making sure you understand what is expected and what the exercise is meant to do. I would recommend this Physical Therapy Group.

I was over charged by this company and have been given nothing but the run around about getting my money back. Every time I call I'm given another person to talk to. I have blue cross of SC. They could have called & spoke w them or simply bring my paper work back to Kim who keeps telling that's what my pay out was. It's been close to six months & I still haven't gotten a refund. What I have gotten is a lot of attitude when asking for a refund. I will never use them again because of this.

Fabulous. Chrissy, their chief therapist, is a wonderful diagnostician as well as therapist. She found and successfully treated a problem I've been having for several years, in an amazingly short time. She loves body mechanics, and tailor makes her therapy to what is actually physically going on. On a scale of 1-5, I give her a 10!
