I am a new resident, less than 21 days, I completed all paperwork, answered all pre requisite questions. The receptionist, did not listen to my self diagnosis. I waited 2 hours to be told they can't help me. I CAN'T TURN MY HEAD. If I needed Flintstone Vitamins, I would have gone to the Grocery Store. I'm visually in pain and can't turn my head. You are a medical facility. Have the competence to Practice or close down!

SIX AND A HALF HOURS LATER FROM CHECK IN TO DRUG STORE AND PA Ryan only called in 2 of the 3 medications he said he was going to call in and they are CLOSED TILL MONDAY! Tried to call from drug store at 4:30 they would not answer phone for 30 minutes rolled in “they were unable to answer phone” que and then it rolled to sorry we are closed. If you need medical help go somewhere else!

Went online filled out information thinking I had made a appointment. Was notified that my time to come in had changed couple of times. Which I was impressed that I didn’t have to sit in the office sick. When I came in that’s when they told me to fill out more paperwork. Which I think should be Filled out online. Since when sick it’s had to do anything. So I went outside sat in my car and filled out paperwork. They called me to come in. I was impressed with the staff and was very satisfied with the service. They determined I had pneumonia.I think make appointment online with all the paperwork filled out, if you choice to do so.I was told that you need to fill out paperwork each visit. Which I did Not like. I’ve have been to doctors care in NMB sc couple of times. I would recommend their service. Thank you

The best urgent care place I’ve been to in a long time. Everyone was very polite and professional from the front desk receptionist to the nurse to the doctor! I highly recommend going here if you need to be seen for anything.

My son received a nasty cut at the local wake Park and needed stitches-was taken in right away and the medical care was outstanding! would highly recommend

I'm on vacation and suddenly fell very ill. I saw this place online and noticed it's great reviews so I decided to give it a try. Glad I did. The wait time was not long at all and the staff was very friendly and accomadating to my needs. If the unfortunate happens and you need urgent care services, this is the place to go.

Our son suddenly developed an earache while on vacation and Doctor’s Care was the closest urgent care. We knew nothing about it. The staff were amazing and kind. The process was quick and we had the prescription less than two hours later. I highly recommend Doctor’s Care in NMB.

You can check in online if you want to waste your time. I checked in at 10:09 this morning received 2 texts, 1 to tell me my arrival time was 12:28, the next saying they were running behind to arrive at 1:17. I arrived at 1:00. It is 1:55 and they are running behind they say, checking In online Is a waste of time they are seeing whoever is in the lobby with no regard for you taking the time to check in and not have to sit in a waiting room not only spreading your germs but being subjected to other sick people.
