My father has been a patient for several years. Over this time, Dr. Kalan’s office has continually been a disappointment; first not telling my father they moved location, then on several occasions making appointments but failing to keep them or moving them without notice. When voicemail messages are left, they generally do not call back; including Dr. Kalan, even when his nurse says he will. Terrible service compared to other physicians my father and I have interfaced with around HHI. Looking for another option as I write.
