Worst experience ever. Not a nice Dr. My daughter is having so many issues & Dr. Burnett didn't even exam her. She did not treat my daughter very nicely, and to tell her she needs to see a psychiatrist, I wouldn't recommend this Dr to anyone. And to push us out of the office like we were garbage & still charge us for the visit. I have never dealt with such disrespectful doctors in my life.

I’ve seen Dr Burnett since 2014 and i really like her. She may not kind but whatever she says has a point. If you are looking for soft spoken Dr, she may not for you but if you are looking for honest Dr, she is the one. Also I like her not just giving me meds. She made me try supplements to see if supplements work before give me prescription.

Very cold and brusque, would often dismiss complaints and was very rarely on time for appt.

As a new patient I felt my visit was rushed. The Dr couldn’t wait to get me out of the office. Compared to my husbands experience at another practice. His Dr took 30mins asking all about his health history, how much exercise he does, diet etc. It wasn’t awful here, just not at all what I was expecting.

Dr. Burnett is colder and more uncaring and less sympathetic than any Dr. I have ever seen in my entire life. The reason I went in was something she never addressed although I told the nurse. She has a lot of 1 stars I should have looked before I went.

This was my 1st appointment as a new patient. I have been without a PC doctor for 6 months, due to Tricare placing me with a new PC. It is so difficult to remember all past medical history and deal with 6 months of medical issues and not have a PC. Dr. Burnett and her outstanding nurse walked me through everything and took extra time to listen to me and all the events of my life in the past year. I felt comfortable (I struggle from extreme anxiety) and cared for. I wasn't aware of over 45 screenings and Dr. Burnett explained and scheduled me for everything that I need. She is knowledgeable and professional. I feel like my heath is in good hands and my 2 children who are over 18 will see her this week. It takes awhile to get seen for a new patient, but she is worth the wait.
