I only saw Dr. Kyle one time shortly after moving to the area. I wanted a reference for a physical therapist trained in dry needling. As we were discussing the injury, he yawned! He did give me an excellent reference. Therapist immediately sent me to an orthopedic doctor who scheduled me for a joint replacement. Two days post surgery, I had an emergency situation and my husband telephoned Dr. Kyle's office and requested he call hospital ER to evaluate. (Surgeons nurse at hospital told him to do this.) We waited all afternoon with no response. My condition worsened and my husband called Dr. Kyle again and he had gone for the day. I was semi conscious when my husband got me to ER; BP 300/277. I spent 5 days in the hospital. We immediately cancelled upcoming appointments and found a new primary care who cares!!!

I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr. Kyle. He communicates well, taking time to explain things and respond to questions. He also takes time before my visits to review the chart, lab reports, etc., because he'll have specific questions about how I'm feeling or my condition. He's helped me better manage the complications of chronic illnesses. His office runs efficiently and punctually. The in-office lab is a convenience to patients. The office staff are courteous and helpful. Wonderful doctor!

Dr. Kyle and his staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and efficient while listening to what you have to say and explaining things in a manner that is easy to understand. The referrals they have offered have always been to top notch doctors. I appreciate the fact that they are always quick to respond to a phone call or to a "my chart" inquiry. Being able to have blood draws done right there is a plus. I highly recommend the Memorial Health Adult Primary Care Team in Bluffton!

Dr. Kyle is first rate in my book. Down to earth and friendly. He takes the time in the medical exam to explain everything, so that you understand your medical condition. In the number of years that I have been seeing him I have never waited more than five minutes to be called in. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
