I had an 11:45 appointment 2 people were in there before me and i have no clue if they had an appointment but i do know there was a family of 5 that had a 12:00 and they were called back before me. It is now 1:00 and I still haven't been called.

Everyone was very friendly! I went in for a rapid Covid test. My only suggestion would be to go ahead and administer the test when you enter the room (for new patients) rather than waiting until the end of the visit to do the swabbing.By doing so, the results will be ready by the time you’ve completed all of the medical history/medication questions. This could be a time saver for people on their lunch break as well as freeing up the room earlier for the next patient. Overall, I had a great experience.

This place is a JOKE !!! Went in for shoulder pain and hand numbness, the nurse practitioner stated I had carpal tunnel syndrome and sent me home with instructions to buy a splint for my wrist. Went to an actual doctor who did what I paid them for, torn rotator cuff with nerve damage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TOME OR MONEY GOING HERE.

My experience at this office was phenomenal, especially being from out of town. The service was fast and the staff was understanding and very nice. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care if you’re ever in the area.

I love the Nurse Kelly and Ashley you are the best receptionist ever. Kelley the new CNA you are awesome as well. Thank you ladies for all you do.I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so kind and helpful I had to edit because I returned yesterday for covid. Kelly thank you for everything you are so kind

My family had to get Covid tested for traveling abroad! Everyone was so attentive and professional! I would highly recommend this Lowcoutry Urgent Care!!

Needed a rapid Covid test to be able to return to work. Called them late Thursday and got in first thing Friday morning! I like that all registration questions and sending cards can be done online to prevent waiting. Staff was very professional and friendly. Didn’t need to see any providers but if providers follow suit of the rest of the experience then it has to be great! Thank you for your promptness and your kindness in my time of need.
