We got here over an hour ago and after watching everyone who came after be called finally said something. The girl at the desk then proceeded to argue with my mom about her appointment time when the card and the automated confirmation said the time we showed up for. Instead of apologizing for the clerical error she then asked to see the appointment card. Why would we show up an hour early? As an administrative assistant I find this an appalling lack of service to your patients. Had I been checking patients in and noted that the appointment time was an hour later I would have mentioned it to the patient. Guess that's the difference between staff doing their jobs because they're passionate about care and staff here for a paycheck.
