Tidelands Health's Online Review Report Card

So i walk in to the new Tidelands family health building in pawleys island , walk up to receptionist window and stood there and waited for the receptionist to PUT DOWN HER PHONE SO SHE COULD CHECK ME IN!! Ridiculous. Unprofessional. She was looking and scrolling. Gazed up at me and looked back down at her phone to continue scrolling.Why do people have their personal cell phones at work? You can do better tidelands!!

Terrible service. Will never go back. Been using this office over 10 years and it has rapidly deteriorated. Rude nurse. After waiting 1.5 hours Doctor Mann still didn’t come in to the small room I had been waiting in. Told the nurse I needed to go to work shortly and she told me rudely to ‘Do what you gotta do’. Lot of Doctors around so I will ‘Do what I gotta do’ They are fired.

I had a 6 month follow up appointment with my PA on Monday.  The appointment went well and we had a great conversation.  This isn't a negative comment against the PA.  She had me get an x-ray and informed me that I may need to see Pain Management.  I had the x-ray done right after my appointment.  I was informed that I would hear about the results that day.  I heard nothing more on Monday.  Tuesday came and went with nothing.  I messaged the PA Tuesday night that I haven't heard anything.  Wednesday morning I missed a call from them and the nurse left me a message to call them.  I called in the morning and left a voice mail message.  No call back.  I called later in the afternoon and spoke to an individual who informed me that my message was giving to the nurse and she will be calling me regarding the x-ray results.  I need to keep the pain management appointment.  I told her I don't have a pain management appointment as it was going to based on the x-ray.  Thursday morning I left another voicemail message as I still hadn't hear from the nurse on the status of my x-ray.  Thursday later afternoon she called to tell me that I have mild arthritisand I need to keep my pain management appointment.  I informed her that I don't have a pain management appointment as I was waiting the results of the x-ray.  She told me that they will call and schedule a time.  By now I'm frustrated with Tidelands.  It is Friday and I will have not heard from them regarding scheduling an appointment.  I know my situation is not critical and I continue to deal with the pain.  Waiting 4 days to find out the results of an x-ray only to find out it is arthritis...seriously!! Now I have to wait for an appointment with pain management.  I will get this solved and then I'm moving on.

I've been a patient if Dr Mann for over 4 years and he has been nothing short of incredible. He has had the same nurse and she is amazing as well. They both take time and talk to you throughout the appointment and never try to rush you. The main thing I've always loved about them is they take the extra time with you and don't stop until the issue has been resolved. They are quick to respond to messages and insurance companies to get you what you need. I recommend every one I know to Dr Mann. I can't count the number of times I've heard others speak about how great Dr Mann and how much they love him. The front office staff has always been nice and professional and I've never had any problems with billing, appointment scheduling, or anything else. I'm not sure why they don't have a better rating but I do know ive never come across anyone that has anything less than good things to say about Dr Mann and his staff. I've never seen any other doctor at this location so I can't speak on that but I can say without a doubt Dr Mann and staff deserve all 5 stars.

FAMILY CENTER worst of the worst, disorganized HAVE NO CLUE. Where inexperienced come to get final certification stay away if want good medical care. ALSO DIABETES CENTER ASSOCIATE WITh DR NICHOLREAL NAME IS Dr MENGELE

Really nice facility and the whole staff was very nice and professional.

My 85 year old mother fell today and ended up with a huge knot on her head and a very bruised eye area.  We took her to Tidelands Health Emergency. She received fantastic care from the staff, nurses, and doctors.  We were very impressed with Tidelands and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you, Tidelands's!!!!

I’ve never been to an office so poorly ran. I went to go check in 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told this was too early to check in (understandable) when I asked what the earliest I could check in the lady at the front said “ whenever I decide to check you in”. I’ve been seen by three different doctors in a two year period of being a patient here. I will be find another office that take my insurance. I do not recommend coming here

Awesome visit at Waccamaw Family Med yesterday. The front office was smiling and engaging and Dr Mann was great. Even the guy doing my bloodwork was extremely pleasant. In and out in less than an hour.

Dr. Loader was good, then he left. Dr. Mann was good, but he is gone for 3 weeks!!! The doctors have all left the building. What a shame. will not be returning.
