List of Dana L Wiley's Reviews
They cancel appointments on you if they don’t want to work. If you walk in 5 minutes late they will tell you to reschedule. Shawana has the nastiness attitude ever and obviously forgets who she works for. She thinks she is going to talk to the mentally ill patients any way and don’t like it when they have a family member there to stand up to her. You can’t EVER get anyone on the phone. They literally need to shut this place down. I wouldn’t recommend for someone to take their poor animal to these people because they lack all care or concern for their patients.
Dr. Wiley and his staff are fantastic people that truly care about patients and business relationships! Betty Ann is a super face of the team. Look nowhere else if you need the services they offer! I endorse them fully.
Dr Wiley is the best and he got me through a unexpected divorce from my wife of 40 years and I thank God for him
Money hungry pill pusher Unfortunately saw this Dr during a hospital stay for depression. When he found out I had Medicaid, he spent less than a minute with me for my “checkup”. Such a joke. Would never see this Dr again.
Can never get a person to answer the phone… When they do answer, they just say they will pass a message along to your Doctor or Prescriber on what you need and they will get back with you…. They never call back/ follow through.. About 99% of the time a Pharmacy is out of one of my medications (happens often these days..) the office or the Prescriber at Dr. Wiley’s is very hard to get in touch with.. I have even had to call every other day for two weeks straight just to get them to call my Medication into a different pharmacy…. I would not recommend as they spend 5-10 minutes with you and the Appointment is done. So $200 every 15 mins is what ya’ll take in… Robbery at its best
They turned someone I know down due to a criminal history!!!??? Whi does that!!?? Your a joke Dana L Wiley!!
Put me on narcotics after me blatantly explaining my history of substance abuse. 2 years later - I’m detoxing and having heart problems because of one simple thing: He started me on 4x the dose people are typically started on (klonopin.) If you’re a patient - be careful and god forbid you miss an appointment. God speed to the providers, because some of you just have no idea how many lives have been negatively impacted let alone lost. If I could give Meagan herself a rating it would be 5/5 because of how understanding she was. But as for the practice itself - probably better going to the street. Same thing.
This place is dangerous for any one with a mental illness. It’s a racket for big pharma, and they don’t care about anything but writing scripts. Check out google and other review sites if you don’t believe me. I wish I would have.
Dr.Wiley’s is great person and has really helped me a lot! The new doctor Michael Norton is a very helpful and personable doctor as well! Great job to the both you!
This review is directed at the office staff. They are unhelpful and rude and that is if you can even get someone to pick up the phone. It says they are open until 5. Not one time have I gotten someone to answer after 4. You need new office Dr. Wiley!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
