I used to love coming here because they were very attentive to detail and took their time! However, I visited two weeks ago for my annual eye exam and I waited over an hour and a half without even being seen by the doctor. None of the staff came to the room and explained that there would be a delay in service. It appears that they overbooked patients and were under staffed. I ended up just leaving because I could not just sit there and wait any longer. I truly hope they fix this issue because it was very disappointing as I used to love coming here.

I reordered my daughter another pair of glasses and waited over 3 and a half months on them. When I went and got them, I was told they had just came in, but I called like 4 days prior too and was told they were there. No one ever called me and when I called them someone was always rude. My kids and o have been going here for many years and I was very disappointed in the way things were handled.

I purchased a pair of glasses in December and paid extra anti scratch, anti glare the works! I noticed a small scratch on the lens and called the eye doctor to have them replaced. I was told my glasses were not covered under a warranty because I did not pay an additional $45 for the warranty. For all the additional stuff that I already had would cost an additional $80. Totaling $125. I was never offered a warranty when I purchased the glasses. When I told the receptionist she informed me that the sales woman was no longer employed with them at the. Like that information was supposed to help. I don't care if she works there still or not the point is my glasses are scratched and they will not replace them. I do not recommend this eye doctor. They have poor customer service.

Called for appointment, they were quite clear they did not like my insurance. Even got a call a few days ahead of appointment making it clear my Blue Cross / Shield would only cover any medical issues they treated. But okay, I wanted an updated prescription for my glasses so I kept the appointment. Got a half dozen texts and voicemails reminding me of appointment and asking me to confirm - I did.So - showed up and signed in. Was not greeted, did not get the standard "new client" paperwork to complete, or any interaction of any kind. I just waited. After 50 minutes (still - not a single word or acknowledgement of any kind), I went to window, crossed my name off list, and left. No one asked why and after a full day has passed, no one has called to inquire.Talk about being treated like an invisible man . . .

Worse eye clinic ever. Went there to get my eyes checked and bought a $400 pair of glasses. When I went to pick it up the lazy receptionist just handled it to me and didn't say anything. I asked if there was a anyone to check the fitting and she said that if they didn't fit well, I would need to make an appointment. I tried the glasses at home and I hated them. I called the clinic and they told me that They would give me a 30% on a new pair of glasses. Horrible Costumer service. Not worth

I am not going to go to far into detail about this O.D, but it's not the eye center that I will ever recommend to anyone that I know.Long story short, my glasses I waited for 3 weeks to get. They were not right so I had to take them back and it's been a month since they took them for repair and I still haven't gotten them back. Called a hundred times in the first 3 weeks and was told they are not repaired yet. I went by the office to check and they tell me that they didn't have the measurements right? how do that happen with an eye exam by a doctor and why did it take 3 weeks to to tell me this with a phone call? Never again will I go to this eye doctor. Matter of fact I have already reported them to my insurance company and the BBB.

Had Been Going There For Yrs, Now They Have A New Staff , Increased Their Prices, & Have Still Been Waiting 6 Weeks For My Glasses, Definitely Gonna Get A New Eye Dr... I Recommend That You Don’t Choose This Place ...🤬

Colletto Eyecare was a joy to work with. The staff was extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly. They have one of the largest selections of frames I have ever seen. I use both locations and they are very impressive. Highly recommend!!!
