Doctor and staff are very professional and polite.Dr Kessler is very thorough and explains all treatments completely. He has a very nice nurse who demonstrated how to use nasal spray. Doctor had me come twice to make sure I was doing okay. I highly recommend this practice for ears nose and throat problems.

Dr. Kessler is a sweet heart!! I love the staff and their professionalism. and I would recommend Dr Kessler to everybody!! He's very friendly and he listen. My problem was fixed the very first time I came in his office. See you next year.

Office staff were friendly and professional. Moved patients along as quickly as possible. Dr. Kessler and his nurse were also very friendly and professional. Listened to me and provided great care. Would definitely recommend Dr. Kessler and Charlotte EENT. Thanks for helping me!

Did not have to wait more than 10 minutes to see him and he showed professional attitude did not waste my time made his recommendation and left I was very satisfied

Dr Kessler has always been the best for myself and children since they were babies. He is a doctor that truly cares about his patients and their treatment plan. I can’t imagine taking my children or grandchildren to any other ENT doctor. If the star rating could be higher - he definitely would get more stars from me. By far the best ENT doctor around.

Dr. Kessler is an outstanding physician. He listens to my questions and concerns and thoroughly addresses those questions. His calm, soothing manner put me at ease within minutes, upon my initial visit. I'd award a 6th star if I could.
