He explained nothing to me even tho he knew I was visibly shaken. Kept leaving the room, literally spent 5 minutes with me, just terrible!! Will never return Andddd he changed me 310.00 for just the office visit wish I would of gone to see someone else!!

Awful experience!!! This Dr. should retire he cares nothing about his patients. I went in last week to see him for a posterior nose bleed that was horrific for me and he acted like it was no big deal, maybe for him it wasn’t but he could tell I was visibly shaken. He spent 1 minute with me and left the room each time he came back in he would do something else with NO explanation and leave again, reallyyyy! He gave me no instructions for home care basically looked that up myself online ugh! He was terrible, I will never return to see him! Do your family a favor and go to someone else!

Dr Parson is a great ENT Doctor. He did my tonsils surgery this year 2022 and also my sinus surgery 28 years ago.

Really appreciate his genuine caring and his approach. He has a great bedside manner with explaining and using his sense of humor. Seems to read his patients well. Also really knows his stuff!! Dealing with sinus issues that require surgery and have walked away from other doctors. Am finally going to get it taken care of with Dr Parsons!! Surgery complete. Went great. And again, Dr Parsons went above and beyond with the post surgical follow up. He’s excellent!

Dr. Parsons did my mothers sinus surgery and she is 80 years old. They took such great care of her and always checked her thoroughly until he thought she was all cleared up but he will still be checking on her every three months. He has given me advice as her caregiver to be able to help her better. I appreciate him very much and recommend him.

This Dr had no interest in helping you. Needs to find a new profession. Very disappointed

Staff was courteous and nice. Wait time was 10min. Dr. Parsons was excellent as always, best ENT doctor I’ve had. I would recommend Dr. Parsons to anyone who needs an excellent ENT doctor.
