I have never been late to an appointment until today when i was 10 minutes late. I had called and told them I was running late and apologised. When I got there I signed in and waited to be checked in - after 20 minutes I was called up and told that I was over 15 minutes late and would have to reschedule. I explained that i had signed in 20 minutes agao and they had the sign in sheet - I was informed that they were short staffed and that they could not do everything at once. I would have to reschedule. Again I explained that I was waiting 20 minutes to check in and that i had never waited less than 30 minutes to be seen and the last time I was there I had to wait over an hour. Again I was told to reschedule as I was over 15 minutes late and that there were only 2 people working so they were short staffed. I am still not sure why that is an issue as I did not make them short staffed. I will not be returning to this practice.

Dr. Barrett did corrective surgery on my 16 year old daughter's eyelid and we couldn't be happier. Everything was perfect with her experience.

Dr Barrett diagnosed my itching eyes as "Dry Eye" most likely caused by other drugs I have to take. She prescribed meds to treat it and the problem doesn't bother me as long as I use the drops like she said. Dr Barrett seems to be a very intelligent and caring person with a very nice personality. I would not hesitate to recommend her especially for somebody that has an injury to the eye or around the eye as that and plastic surgery are her specialty areas.
