Was a waste of my time. Dr didn't listen to my concerns and wasn't in the room with me for 5 minutes. Unless you need surgery I do not recommend going to this facility.. I have DDD bulging and herniated discs and was told I can't help you, you don't need surgery bye.

I have severe mid and low back pain. Dr just went over my MRI results. He didn’t do an assessment and he dismissed my complaints of numbness/weakness with multiple falls. A complete waste of my time and money.

Dr. Jarrell was my surgeon. He was very professional and explain to me how things were going to go. Both him and his staff members are very kind and attentive to my concerns. I'm very satisfied and pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Everything was a rush process and the doctor ( I felt) truly didn’t take the time to review all the information that was given to him. I’ve now seen another surgeon who instantly recognized my issue and is moving forward with the procedure it needs to correct my cervical stenosis that he totally missed and he was not in any way sympathetic, with my condition and frustrations I’ve been dealing with with this issue. I am more disappointed with the lack of responsibility that was not taken in my case, and truly felt I was pushed out the door because I did not fit within the guidelines of what lesbian look for with the surgeon.
