Care for spine with 'heart' As a senior citizen with severe back pain I thought my future life of debilitating pain was cast in stone. That is... until I met Dr Lahkia. He listened to my concerns and goals and formulated a plan to lead me to achieve my mission to spend more active time with my two young grandchildren. Thanks Doc!

New patient visit Dr. Lakhia was a very good listener as I had a lot to say about my history with back issues. He was informative, discussed options and a plan was made. His suggestions were helpful. Following my visit I reviewed his book he recently published, and I ordered it!

Dr. Sanjiv Lakhia is a personable and exceptional physician for evaluating, diagnosing and non surgical treatment of spinal pain and disorders. He listens carefully with kindness and compassion, examines the types of pain and potential sources of pain, formulates a comprehensive diagnosis and explains and helps patients understand treatment options. Dr. Lakhia provides patients with a variety of spinal non surgical treatment options to manage pain, restore spinal function, and improve patient’s lives. Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine is extremely fortunate to have Dr. Lakhia as a member of its practice.
