We called four times to get help for my dad a current patient of Dr. Brown’s. It was a critical situation and we could not get the doctor or a nurse to call us back in over a week. The receptionist wouldn’t even schedule an appointment for my dad. We had to find a new doctor.

Unfortunately as much as I would like to give this provider more stars I cant. I have never been to a doctor office where the doctor isnt documenting during the visit. The exam rooms lack the proper equipment and computers. The doctor forgets constantly to submit orders or refill medications. You have to constantly call and remind her and her staff . Nor does the front desk staff or nurse provide a after visit summary at check out . Which is very concerning especially in regards to patient safety. The only reason I was able to give her 2 stars is because shes nice.
