I was overwhelmed trying to find a skilled nursingurging facility for a family member. There were pages and pages of choices with no reasonable way to distinguish among them. Luckily, I was introduced to Miriam at Assisted Living Locators in Columbus, Ohio. Among the many things she did were identify several facilities that could meet our needs, coordinate tours and communications with the facilities, and help us evaluate the facilities’ similarities and differences. Even after we made our decision, she has continued to help us with the transition to the new location. We could’t have done it without her.

We didn’t know where to start looking when I realized my mom soon would need more care than I could deliver. Mark walked us through all possibilities with more information than I knew was out there. Can’t thank him enough.

Mark was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient. He was very well informed and had good contacts with people at each of the facilities. He did a spot-on assessment of our needs and gave us three good options. This process was nerve wracking going into it, but Mark made it clear and as easy as it could be. I have recommended him to someone else already. All around, I have nothing but a positive memory of my time working with Mark.

Mark was an absolute blessing from day one. I was referred to Assisted Living Locators by the short term facility my mom was staying at. I needed guidance, information and someone to understand our needs to help us find her a permanent place that she will feel could afford and be comfortable in long term.
