This is the worst hospital iv ever been to. Their doctors and staff don't care about patients.

This is by far the worst Emergency Room I have ever stepped a foot in. The faculty and staff are extremely unprofessional and could care less about the needs of their patients. They take forever to get you in and seen even with an empty waiting room. The lack of professionalism is completely baffling.! Do NOT recommend taking any of your loved ones there.!

Prisma has enacted a policy that is in direct violation of patients rights. You are not allowed to have a spouse with you during any treatments. Not only that but when you contact the hospital to file a complaint regarding mistreatment they tell you there is a new policy that no one can escalate a concern of any kind for any reason. They referred me to the ombudsman office of our local government who in turn referred me to a number that doesn't even take voicemails. I stated I could come down and sit in the office until an administrator could speak with me they then threatened me with the police if I show up to the hospital ??? Do not accept patient abuse from this hospital fight back!

Went to the ER early in the morning. The physician not very polite and had terrible bedside manner, also felt like I was judged for something before I even got to explain what was wrong . I will not be going back. I left there feeling worse than when I came in. Siri could have gave me the same medical attention.

If you're idea of prestigious health care includes LITTERALLY endlessly waiting in a waiting room with vending machines stocked with what seems like a collection of all the worst snacks known to mankind, drink machines with no other options but diet just to be told in the end they either: A) Don't have the Equipment/specialist in house to Diagnose you. B) Walk it off Then I'd totally recommend you experience the closest thing to purgatory you can get!

Horrible experience in the ER at Hillcrest Hospital. Blood had poured out of cut in leg, but I sat for over 2 hours in lobby getting nauseated and dizzy. No concern whatever, and extremely slow and uncaring staff.

Beware!!! Prisma had authorization from my isnruance company and I was told my portion for an echocardiogram was $1000. Surprise... received a bill for $1700. They are rude when I try to get to the bottom of it and won't even consider negotiating the balance. Places like this are the problem with transparency in this country. We will NEVER use any practice if they're associated with Prisma Health, again.
