I am a new patient I am having really bad heart palpitations and shortness of breathe and dizziness so bad I was taken to the hospital from work and was told to see a cardiologist…my daughter got sick the night before and her doctors needed to be seen by her doctor due to her circumstances and I had no child care. My daughter is very well behaved and wouldn’t have bothered anyone or anything. I walk in and they denied me due to my daughter being with me in her stroller watching an iPad….so it doesn’t matter what my heart could be doing because I had a child with me….UNBELIEVABLE!

Cost transparency doesn't exist with this practice. Had insurance preauthorization for an EKG. Carolina Cardiology told me my portion was $1000. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $1700. They won't budge and are impossible to deal with in negotiating. Beware or your wallet will suffer. Stress you definitely don't need when dealing with heart issues!!
