My nurse was so rude and so uncaring, she needs to find another job , because that's not her calling I knew her attitude the moment she walked in, It's ashame , hope her or her family never have to deal with someone like her, I. Was really suffering, Dr was ok not great The Tech from x-ray were really nice. And since the nurse just pushed me to waiting area and left me , the guard was nice enough to offer his arm to help me to my ride, I guess if I had been there for covid they might have done everything, maybe admit me, because of the extra money they get, but I felt like get what you can and roll me out even though my BP was 167/ 88 and was light headed and had to hold on to things to walk and they sent me home, I was dehydrated because I could only take a little liquids and had lost 7 lbs in 3 days, I had to ask for fluids by Iv. That's one hospital / ER I will never go to and will make sure to spread the word by all means, FB , Group I hope they close there doors with this no care place .
I had my very first surgery ever at Hillcrest Hospital last week and it was a very good experience. Everyone was friendly, from registration to anesthesiologist to surgeon. They were patient and explained things well. I had the best pre-op nurse! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
If I could give a zero I would. Bedside manner was horrendous. Very negligent and ignorant.
This is strictly an Emergency Department rating.I was forgotten in ER bed. Went without IV saline bag for 6 or 8 hours (never replaced), despite I came in dehydrated with appendicitis, confirmed shortly after arrival. I was never given a nurse call button, so had to yell out for attention and ASK for saline solution. 3rd shift ER nursing staff loudly discussing their vacation plans and laughing, for what seemed like the entire time, it sounded like a cocktail party out there.Do not go to the ER night shift, unless you want to know all about that one male nurses flight to Europe for a long cruise, and how giggly and jealous the ladies are.
I would not recommend this hospital I sat in the waiting room for 5 hrs with no update, I had to ask what was the hold up and their response was they waiting on rooms. Then out the blue they stuck me in a triage room swabbed my nose took me to X-ray. And I was told by the dr to many ppl came in with a cough and it’s a COVID cough. Before my results came back I was prescribed a inhaler and nausea medicine. WTH. No blood work or anything was done. How can they assume what my symptoms are without doing proper testing…
If I could give this ER a zero rating I would!
The Emergency room staff at Hillcrest on Saturday, July 17th were Awesome.. Dr. Hudepohl, Nurses Kelly Daigle and Jessica Painer, and Social worker Justin. Respiratory Therapy, Clyde M. Kelly Daigle and Clyde M were outstanding...Thank you all..
DO NOT GO HERE. My daughter has a laceration on her hand and we've been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours without so much as a glance in our directon. The only thing done with a sense of urgency was asking for my copay. I don't know the number of people in the back or the severity of their visit, but an update or some sort of acknowledgment would be nice. Especially since my daughter is sitting out here in pain.
In the ER going on 4 hours now with a waiting room barely a quarter full, and haven’t even seen triage yet. Do better.Updated review: after the 4 hour mark I was able to get blood work done, then at 5 hours I made it back to an ER bed. Appendicitis. Surgery was done around 9 AM, 12 hours after I first came in.The staff were very nice throughout the whole process and made me feel cared for. The front desk nurse, Liz, was profusely apologetic for the wait and very kind. A very negative first impression with the extended wait was mitigated by my actual treatment.
My friend was stung by something on her leg the day before and at first she just felt a stinging sensation the whole time the the next day her leg was twice the size as Normal. We took her to this hospital and waited in the waiting room forever! Then when we saw the doctor she didn’t show no concern and brushed it off. In no doctor but there was clearly something wrong and for the doctor to just turn her away was baffling to me! They need to do better!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
