Dr. Lauren Rigsby was amazing. I have anxiety and she was not dismissive about it. She listened and addressed each concern I had without rushing me. She was very caring. The staff was friendly and I love that they were in regular clothes so that made the visit less scary also.

I took my 15 yr old daughter here today for her first eye exam. She was having trouble seeing the board at school. They were amazing! Every lady in there was so nice, professional and they ALL knew what they were doing! They gave a very thorough exam, checked everything and were fast about it. They knew what they were doing for sure. My kiddo has just got a bit of near sightedness and we pick up the new glasses in 2 weeks! Happy to know she has no other issues and will be taking her there from here on out for any check ups. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were seeing Dr. Rigsby at the office in Greenwood. When she moved to Simpsonville we followed. She is a great Dr. and we trust her.

I would recommend Poole family eye care to anyone who wears contacts and glasses, the technician Daniel went above and beyond for me. I love the doctor but if april still works there, I will not be back. She likes to tell lies.

Thanks April, Daniel, and Dr. Rigsby for demonstrating absolute professionalism and care. April demonstrated competency as both a front desk person and as a pre-checker. Daniel was super helpful as we tried to solve my need for progressive glasses that meet both driving and up close work needs. Dr. Rigsby was kind, caring, and extremely competent as she helped me figure out the best solution for my work needs. I am so grateful.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly from the first call through the exam and picking glasses. Never felt an up sell, in fact went out of their way to point out discounts for us. Would highly recommend

This place has been terrible since it was sold to Triangle. When it was Poole's it was a great place to get glasses now it is awful.When I went to pick up my glasses the frames were not what I paid for. I told him that and he checked the computer and said that's what he had on computer. I guess he charged me for the frames I paid for and put something else in computer.Needless to say I won't go back again.
