I got established at Brio today and I must say I am already thoroughly impressed. From their office staff to nurses, lab techs and NP’s I am so glad I made this choice to come here for my primary care.

the doctor can treat their patients with disrepect and have expolisve behavior towards their patients. and when it's brought to management they dimiss you from their practice instead of caring about the patient experience and care

Dr Jim McAlpine is awesome. Very attentive and thorough. His medical assistant , Elizabeth and Lab technician, Lisa are very accommodating and follow up quickly. So thankful for this team.

I am telling everyone if you want true help to go to broi I just came back from there last week this place is the help that you have been looking for stop letting these doctors talk you into taking there posion they trued to make me do it but I knew there was another way and with Broi I got the real help I needed

I have been a patient at Brio since they opened their doors. If you're looking for a group of caring, intelligent, intuitive doctors, look no further. Dr. Melanie Greene is the consummate professional, she takes time to get to know you and truly understand your issues. She diagnosed a problem my husband was having that no other doctor could figure out! I highly recommend this practice.

Brio internal medicine is a wonderful practice filled with caring medical professionals. From taking blood, to an office visit, the staff is very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Greene isOUTSTANDING!!! She is very down to earth, takes her time, and explains everything that I have questions about. She is the best doctor I've ever had! I totally recommend this practice!!

I should have known from the moment Dr. McAlpine walked into the room with his mask below his nose which slowly made its way beneath his chin for the remainder of my visit that that would be an indicator of my care. I'm still not sure if this doctor heard a word I said. I do know he dismissed several of the things I said and then asked if I was mad at him. Not at all...he is exactly as I expected. It's hard to believe a physician came up with his recommended treatment plan. Well at least he knew I was educated by the way I spoke.

The staff at brio is SO friendly and accommodating. Dr. Greene is the Best Dr. I've ever had! She takes time to listen and explain. I definitely recommend this practice!!

My 29 year old son with Down syndrome is a patient of Dr. Jim McAlpine and we could not be more pleased with my son's level of care. Dr. McAlpine treats my son with great respect, taking a few minutes at the start of each visit to make my son feel very comfortable. If there is something specific relating to my son's special needs that Dr. Jim isn't certain of he takes the time to do some research after our visit and then lets us know what he finds. I finally feel like I have a physician who is "in it for the long haul" in my son's care.
