I do not recommend. The kind of clinic that fills with patients, and to be seen you wait 2 hours after the scheduled time. A lack of respect for the family, but especially the child, who in addition to being weakened by the health problem, does not tolerate waiting a long time in one place.
Very helpful people especially Dr.AndersonShe is really knowledgeable
They want to force masks on 2 year olds. Find a pediatrician that cares about your kids!
This office is very friendly and the doctor my son sees is excellent, however every appointment we have had has been preceded with a 35 minute or longer wait to see the doctor. We wait to get to the room and then we wait for a long time while in the room.
We have enjoyed every employer that we have come across at Parkside, from doctors to receptionists! They are always friendly and seem very eager to help! Thanks Parkside!!
My family just moved from Atlanta to Five Forks. I am so grateful that my sister-in-law referred us to this office for our kiddos. Our first visit was with Brit, the PA. She was so thoughtful and through. She completely put my daughter at ease. She shared real kindness and concern during our visit, not just for my daughter but for me and my son. Happy to have found our new pediatrician office.
We take our kids here. Great people. They pierced my daughters ears at 8 yo. Big day with dad. They were very good with her. We are a foster family and they have seen our foster children over the years too. Occasionally we have had to wait a little while but o figure that means their services are in high demand. And I can see why. Thanks Parkside. Hope everyone is safe and healthy.
Currently waiting one hour to be seen with no end in sight. Don’t schedule at this location.
We went to Parkside today during the “new normal” with the new procedures. We were extremely impressed with the efficiency. No wait at all, and my daughter’s strep test came back in 5 minutes. They were extremely gentle, and the physician came out to our car! The entire experience took about 15 min, and the entire staff was extremely kind and performed with excellence. In a new normal when most organizations are struggling to get organized, this group has got it figured out. Very refreshing! Thank you for putting yourselves on the front line for our children!
We have been using this pediatrician for a year, and I regret changing.Starting off good: the staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, there’s free coffee in the lobby (pre-COVID).Now into the bad:The wait time is astronomical. Why have appointed times for patients if you cannot hold to them? “The rooms in back are full” is what they always note. If that is true, then maybe space your patients out further so parents aren’t missing work and children aren’t bouncing off the walls in the waiting room. We’ve not seen OUR pediatrician but... twice? Yet we’ve been seen 12+x between my two daughters. We literally see a different provider each time, and where some are great, others are not. You never know who you’ll end up with, without committing to a 1-3 month wait for your provider’s next available. The billing is highly questionable. We were billed for an office visit when we just dropped off a lab specimen (couldn’t collect in office day prior, my daughter wasn’t even with me when I dropped it off, yet they claimed they saw her to our insurance company). Then, they argued me that their billing was right. My insurance company stepped in and disputed it. At our last visit, I was told we owed hundreds for a couple office visits prior. No lab work, nothing special. They should have just been my girls’ $25 copays ($75 total), yet the bill is ~$300. They are claiming deductible? We’re working this out with our insurance company first, but our last pediatrician NEVER charged us outside our copay for an office visit.Communication is awful. If you’re waiting on results or need to speak to a nurse, flip a coin as to whether you’ll hear back. If it’s coming up to a weekend, especially a holiday weekend, you can bet dollars to donuts they won’t follow up.As of today, we’re looking for another pediatrician for our girls. I wanted to like this place so much, but I cannot.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
