Call for results from tests and its phone tag or sitting on hold gor half an hour until you hang up. I called back 7 times...still no results.

The patient care is remarkable. Everyone there is nice and professional. I love it there. I would give5 stars if whomever is providing the cleaning services would really clean the facilities well. Other than that its a top notch health care provider.

Advocates and listens to my concerns and what I have to say. Dr. Barbara Wright and the other physicians are very supportive and knowledgeable. No practice is perfect but Caresouth Society Hill is perfect for me.

Takes too long to see the doctor my father was waiting for over an hour while people that just got there was being called back before him

Dr.Wright is the rudest and uncaring doctor I have ever encountered. She was dismissive of my problems and accused me of only wanting drugs I made the appointment because I sincerely need help with my depression along with sleep and weight issues she completely disregarded anything I said I was so humiliated and embarrassed I ran out of the room crying. Would not recommend her to anyone.
