Just moved to Union, S.C. a few months ago and needed to find a Pain Management Doctor to continue the management of all my pain. So glad I found Dr DiNicola, he is the best! So far he has given me shoulders injections and neck injections to relieve my constant pain. He listens to you and will answer all of your questions and he is one of the most caring Doctors and really wants to help you get better. Also, all of his staff are very friendly and helpful.

Never met a doctor that said nothing was wrong with me and than gave me two shots in my back because I have arthritis in my back. I saw another doctor and discovered I have nerve damage in my neck, back, legs and feet.
