Dr. Esce has done my back surgery as well as my neck surgery. I had a great experience with both of my surgery. This is one of the best group of Dr's I have been to. I give this off 10/10

Dr Esce and his PA staff are outstanding providers. However, I specifically requested to see Dr Esce for follow up after surgery but could only see PA. And they were over one hour late

It was a pleasure to finally see Dr. Esce. So, I was satisfied with my appointment. I was told that all I had to do previously was to ask to see him. When previous appointments were made, I requested to see him, but only saw the PA. If I am considering surgery, then I want to see the surgeon. Seeing Dr. Esce made a world of difference. I left the office ready to go ahead with my surgery.

As a young adult, I have had pain since I was a teenager. The problem got worse with time and it was everyday. No surgeon wanted to perform a spinal fusion on someone in their early 30s. Dr. Esce saw my MRI and matched the disc degeneration to the symptoms I was experiencing. I needed a two level fusion, but insurance wouldn't pay for it, only a one level. So once approved he performed spinal fusion on one level (he chose the correct disc-the one with the most pain). Four years later, I am still pain free, thank you! This isn't to say the healing process wasn't difficult. Surgeries have risks- I had some nerve damage on my left foot post surgery, but two years later, it has healed and permanent numbness is very minimal to none. Again, THANK YOU Dr. Esce for performing a successful spinal fusion! For those curious it was L4-L5 region.

Doctor Esce is one of the best orthopedic surgeons I have ever encountered in my life. I had severe back pains went to another doctor did not get the relief I needed from surgery, went to Doctor Esce for a second opinion he spotted exactly on the MRI what the problem was, had me in for surgery and that was over 2 months ago and have not had a problem since . I would highly recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon. He is awesome.
