The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I felt comfortable because of the cleanliness of the office, and most importantly my kids felt at ease. Dentists were gentle, sweet, and welcoming throughout the check-up. They let my son know everything they were doing to his teeth, and also spoke to me after the check-up. Dr.Moore & the staff are Amazing! What I thought was going to be be scary and painful, was a Breeze and no pain! Dr.Moore was very kind and thorough with me. He explained certain techniques to me also. I have recommended my entire family to Powell Mill Dental. I am beyond pleased with the care I received and will continue to go back for any dental work! Excellent service! The staff, hygienist, x-ray technician and dentist are all warm, welcoming and professional. They take their time and get to know each patient. Not only do they care about your teeth and oral health, they also care about patients.

I would recommend Powell Mill Dental to anyone. The staff there is so amazing. I went there for a cleaning and some x-rays, and I was in and out in no time. Everyone was super nice.

Got a check up and cleaning after two year. I consider the pandemic real and dangerous. I explained this to the hygienist. SHE GOT IN MY FACE and proceeded to deliver an anti-vax lecture including her thoughts about doctors’ advice being of no account, the vaccine doesn't work and that aside from the dentists here most of the staff weren't getting vaccinated. I said to her "Do you want me to get up out of this chair?' She then settled down. I started to wonder if there were any other health practices she doesn't consider necessary. In the future only the other hygienist will clean my teeth. I prefer hygienists who don't think it's their job to school me on pandemic health matters. This shouldn't be politicized. Doctor Davis, however, is a wonderful dentist.

Staff was very kind but 2nd trip to get this tooth pulled and all i get Is abx and wait for Dr Kennmore to return ???? I hope next time he goes on vacation they put a fill in that can pull a tooth or whatever needs to be done! #painisforreal #trainyourfillinDr#miserableweek

I am new to Spartanburg and didn't know anyone to refer me to a dentist over the 4th of July weekend. I called on Tuesday and got in on Wednesday morning. So grateful for the help I received and will be back when the I've taken all the meds. Thank you so much!!!

I felt welcomed as soon as I came in. Receptionist was very kind and easy. My x-Ray tech and dental hygienist was great and the dentist was awesome he explained and answered my questions. And the dentist was very nice and calm which made me calm. I recommend this dentist to everyone.
