The front desk is somthing else... if you can make it past the front desk and get seen by someone it's gonna be a good experience. If this was my office I would make sure my front desk is on point 100% of the time because , they are the face of the business. These are the first people that new and existing patients see and speak with. Customer service goes a long way.

I would not go back again because there was lot of misunderstanding and I am Deaf. I offered my iphone to front desk lady to chat with my husband through facetime but she refused to do that and she talked with my daughter instead. It was not appropriate to do that to use hearing children to communicate with Deaf parents. My daughter felt very awakard. I would not go back again and I will look for new dentist office that can accept Deaf patients and willing to communicate through pen and paper or Facetime with my husband as my interpreter, not my children.

Dr Player is very kind to his patients. He did a great job with my husband. And he would stop and talk with him and make sure thathe was doing okay. I think he is a very good dentist. And also his assistant Diamond was very Polite and caring. This Will be our Dentist Now!
