If I could give a lower rating I would. 9pm on a Sunday night, my daughter was going into emergency surgery, she calls me to come to her. When i get there, No one at the front information Center to help me. There was a sign telling me to call her room. No help, no staff, but after walking the halls I found a cop. He brings me to the "surgery waiting room" and there is another sign telling me to call for help. Keep in mind we are the only humans I have seen. They locate my daughter in surgery and tell me to answer the phone on the desk when it rings for further instructions. I have never seen anything like it in all my years. Dirty, dark, no signs, no people on staff to help. This place is the medical version of the Shining.

I went in with my back going numb and my legs weak I have degenerative disc disorder and fibro but never had this happen before all the Dr did was take blood to make sure I didn't have a stroke and found my potassium a little low and All this time my BP was sky high they didn't look at my back or have my walk just gave my potassium and let me go my back went numb on the way out and my son had to put me in a wheelchair then we didn't have a ride home so I asked the desk to arrange a Medicaid ride and I sent a text at the same time I was told it could be 30min to 3 hrs guess which it was when I questioned the front desk the woman wanted to argue what time it was scheduled (remember I sent the text) so we had to wait 30 min more because they put down their own time and the woman (I wish I had her name) got nasty with me I know what time I asked for the ride you don't have to be nasty to people who have been there all night and are hurting shame Spartanburg .regional do better

Took 3 hours to see my wife then they just sent her home with out telling her anything

I was scheduled for a dressing change at. 3:15. On Friday previous I was told it wd take 30 mins it was 5:00 before my dressing was changed so not a happy person bc we had a closing appointment also scheduled at 5:00 pm at our home I arrived at 5:45 so sorry the closing attorney had to wait on me

I was there for a barium swallow, UGI. Dana was exceptional, fantastic. She and her student led me through what the procedure did and what to expect, A big thumbs up to Dana.
