Staff are super friendly and helpful. It has been a positive experience. 1 visitor allowed at a time but they do allow another in the waiting area.

Demanded money before surgery or said would be canceled. Now, 4 months later we cannot get our money back even though EOP says we owe nothing.

My first time at Spbg surgery center. Staff was awesome , my surgery was scheduled first thing in the morning. All my questions were answered and the nurses and doctors made sure I was comfortable and took very, very good care of me. I would definitely use this facility again and recommend it to others. Thank you all so much for the care I received from you. God bless you all for the compassion you give to your patients. Thank you Dr Lim and Dr Dinacola and your P.A. staff

I had a much needed cervical fusion on Wed. Dec 1st. The staff was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Christopher Chittum performed my procedure. He came in before and explained what he would be doing. Everyone was professional and attentive to my care. Someone called the next day to check on me as well. I would highly recommend this place to friends friends or family.

Updated March 2021: they now have bright lights on the street but the blue sign is still not lit. Neither is the Spartanburg Surgery Sign on the building. Very hard to find in the early morning darkness if you've never been here before. Overheard someone today say they were late because they couldn't find it. Also the parking lot is very dimly lit if at all. Potentially dangerous if someone slips on the slanted drive. Get some lights and lighted signs please. Google directions takes you to the back entrance on Pearl Drive. Do not go this way. Go to the main entrance on Serpentine Drive to get to the Surgery Center. The blue sign is small and hard to find especially if trying to find in the dark. The staff is very nice and organized.

Dr. Chittim not only messed up my care that started at the Spartanburg Surgery Center. Chittim is also an investor in the center and therefore will not be held accountable for any of his actions. Despite the low rating I’m giving I see others feel the same. It was like going to a Drs office for surgery. I would highly recommend NOT using this center or Dr. Chris Chittim.

Would not recommend this place. Had kidney stone and they left stent in me without a string. All they care about is there money up front. Seems doctors own that place. If you have Medicare I would not go there. I was to go back to get my stent out and they needed there money up front are they wouldn't take out told them I would pay when I got paid on 26th. They told me then I could not get out till then. I taped them because they called back and told my doctor's nurse a different story. They don't care about there patients. I just hope one of them don't get kidney stones and get treated like they treat people. But I know karma comes back on those that act like they do. God bless if you go there.

When arriving patient is in back for 3 hours before a simple precedure .Family member sits in a hallway on both sides and traffic flows through in the middle for the doctor offices up stairs. Hard metel chairs to sit in. Many people have been sitting here since this morning and just being seen. Sorry dont ever come here

This place called me to pay all cost before I got the treatment. After I paid, I was led by the nurse and I would say doctor and nurses were nice and done well. But late one month, they still billed me a lot. I tried to call back to say I already paid all the amount I should. The officer manager told me she did not know what I said. She told me I had to pay double of the amount she required if I did not paid at that day. I was so surprise how she could calculate the amount and who gave her authority to overcharge double price on patients? If she represents Today’s American healthcare service level, we could figure out how corruptive and careless are them. She tried to speak and do low business with me. I have the worst experience of healthcare in Spartanburg of South Carolina. I’d never recommend it to people.
