The staff is always friendly in person, the offices are clean, they have suckers, bubbles and even TVs with remotes in the rooms, HOWEVER, this just doesn’t seem to make up for the fact that any time I call to make an appointment or even ask a simple question for my children (4) & (2) i have to wait over an hour to speak with someone. I’m always #25 in the que and i just don’t see how that’s possible EVERY SINGLE TIME i call. When or if they do end up having appointments for both of my kids back to back its always hours later in the day (around 3pm or later, even if i call at 8am).They say there is the online option but it is hardly ever available and so you have no option but to call and wait. I’m just overall dissatisfied with the wait times and how they seem to act like there is nothing they can do about them.

I do not recommend this pediatrician to anyone!! Wait times to speak to a person are upwards of 30 minutes. Online portal and online chat is never working. If your child is sick just go to an urgent care or after hours clinic. You will never get in for a sick visit. This practice has taken on more patients than they can handle. I’ve tried for 5 days to get an appt for my daughter with absolutely no luck. Please don’t go here.

We were treated horribly at the powdersville location. We have been beyond gracious and understanding at Parkside, but today was the last straw and we’ll be finding somewhere else to go.

Couldn’t speak more highly of Dr. Rogers! He is truly an answered prayer. I’ve never met a pediatrician more attentive than Dr. Rogers. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients receive the best care possible.

Worse place to go do not recommend! From staff to making appointments and everything in between ! They are lazy when it comes out to results and prefer not to get them. Makes patients call around to get results out of office !

They are just wonderful. They are helpful an truly understanding an I'm glad with the decision to take my babies there.

impossible to make an appointment. Registered my daughter months ago and the intake person refused to give me appointment and when I call, I'm on hold for 10+ minutes. if they weren't accepting new patients, I wish they would've stated that...

Need to share the visit cancellation policy or atleast give a warning to parents!!! The first time we were a no showed was bc my husband went to the wrong location (wrong dr office completely) which showed up in the system as getting her treated somewhere.... the second time they had NO availability to see my 9 month old with a 103 fever so they scheduled us after hours at 6:30PM (i called at lunch) and of course we said okay then went straight to the hospital after her fever spiked even more. I do not have time to call and cancel visits with sick babies... that’s the least of my worries. So today I have a sick baby & was told they would not see us due to us being a “no show” for 3x in 12 months..... let me remind you I have a sick 10 month old.. not sure what dr office in their right mind would do that to a innocent child!!! I am beyond upset in tears about to take my baby to the hospital. Parkside did recommend calling back and getting help with finding a new peds office but I don’t have time to call around and beg someone to see my sick baby. This is an extremely amazing dr office and they are great, but I wish they would be more mindful of parents and our situations. I was never aware of any policy. Maybe it’s because I have 2 under 2 and my life is too crazy but give us a break. The wait time is always 10-20min just to schedule anything & im always number 10-18 in the caller “que” so be prepared to wait and if you actually have an emergency do not go here and do not wait around on someone to answer the phone. Hope this helps someone else!

We loved this pediatrician when we first started at the practice years ago, but things seem to have started to go downhill a bit. I currently waiting on hold to make an appointment, but there is a wait time of FIFTY minutes. Additionally, the ability to leave a voicemail is “currently unavailable”. The past few times I’ve visited for Well Checks we’ve waited nearly an hour past our appointment time to see the physician. There are providers that we enjoy seeing at the practice, but the group’s inability to manage appointments and calls in a timely fashion are becoming a big issue for us.

The physicians and staff are amazing, and our visits have always been great! However, it’s incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone. Wait times to speak with someone for an appointment range 15 - 20 mins. There’s an option to leave a message, but my past experience has been that calls are either not returned or not returned in a timely manner. If I were a parent with a child who needed frequent visits, I don’t know that I would choose Parkside.
