Been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours with 3 sick kids and 2 people have already walked out. Yall have signs that say wait time could be 46 hours that is completely ridiculous. Maybe one day this hospital will actually improve.

I have been using Effingham Health System for five years now. Every time I go there the employees have been nothing but friendly and kind towards my husband and myself. I highly recommend Effingham Health System to everyone. Keep up the great job

I just wanted to say my brother goes in there hurting bad oh its cozy go home take some Tylenol ibuprofen guess where he is this morning having surgery on his gallbladder the emergency room doctors is a joke

I cant believe what I heard when I was sitting in the hallway on a bed surrounded by bloody curtains. The nurses and the doctor were making fun of the covid patients. Mocking them and cursing about them. I received no service after waiting for 6hours. I was brought in on an ambulance hoping for faster service but that made no difference. I guess my emergency wasnt severe enough for them. This hospital is disqualified.

Horrible experience Please go somewhere else if you want a better treatment and actually have an emergency. I am not sure whom is running this hospital but I rather drive an hour away than to ever step foot inside this hospital again. Disappointed with the service and treatment. And FYI if you see someone in a wheelchair you dont make them stand up and walk 15ft to where you are at there is a reason why that person is in a wheelchair to begin. Zero common sense from the nurse The nurse stood by the door looking at me trying to get up from a wheelchair which by the way had no brakes and it kept sliding back. At that point once I was actually able to get up I just walk out as I could and left to another hospital. Zero sence of urgency and Zero common sense and courtesy Some people shouldnt be working in the Healthcare industry.
