Aaron Domm's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Domm has been fantastic. I'd read some negative reviews about him before my first appointment and was a bit nervous, but I have only received excellent care from him from every appointment. I feel very comfortable with his care and with asking questions. He is very thorough and straightforward. He is humble and not afraid to admit something might be out of his scope of treatment. After looking at all my test results, he has referred me to a hospital where I can get the best care for my issue. I think if not for him pointing me in the right direction, I might be in a lot of trouble with my current issues. Thank you Dr. Domm for all of your help.

His staff is completely incompetent and should be fired They are incapable of properly scheduling a procedure. Twice they have screwed up scheduling procedures for my family They are completely incapable and criminal in there behavior and complete disregard for their patients Stay away from his office go anywhere else

Stay away! His staff and the entire office staff should be fired! They don’t listen nor do they even know how to schedule a procedure properly! Twice his office has screwed up scheduling a procedure! They don’t know what the partner doctors due or don’t do! They are only concerned about your insurance and how much billing they can do! Stay away ! These people are why doctors get sued! If I could I would rate his staff as criminal!

I had the single most horrible experience with him yesterday. As a two time cancer survivor and heart patient I have had my fair share of doctors nurses radiologists and various hospitaldoctor office personnel good and bad. He takes the cake He was rude callous tactless and devoid of empathy. He was over an hour late with no apology or acknowledgement. Given my various diagnoses which are statistically rare at my age he actually blurted out “well one way to look at it is you’re lucky to be alive” His care is not patient centered at all. His recommendations were made to cover himself. He made that clear by saying that he was recommending x y and z because “when I don’t it comes back to bite me” He May have been doing this a long time as he let me know SEVERAL times but maybe that’s exactly the problem. He has forgotten about the patient. I will never set foot in his or his GI practice office again and I’d caution anyone viewing this to go elsewhere

Wow, I wish I would've read these reviews before I scheduled my first appointment. This doctor has the personality and bedside manner of a dead fish. He is rude, condescending and insulting. After my 8 minute procedure, he walks in to the recovery room and tells me I wasted his time, as he could've told me what was wrong with me in 5 minutes. Well, if his staff hadn't scheduled me with a PA, meanwhile paying for an actual specialist, I could've saved myself the unnecessary procedure. I steer everyone I can away from this practice.

No personality, he plainly should not be working with people! I recommend him to hire an assistant with people skills. He has none. A second the "worst bedside manner ever comment"! The other Doctors at the practice are great!

I began seeing dr domm some years ago bc I was recommended to him bc of my gastric bypass. The drs in Florence said he would be best to handle things. He was wonderful. I had several colonoscopies and light run down . Then last couple of times it was a NP I saw. She completely took me off of my stomach meds after I was told I had an ulcer. She was told plainly I could not go without it bc of how severe my heartburn is yet she had nerve to tell me I had been in it too long...I am having issues now and will yet call to see dr domm but will make it clear it’s him I will see. Thank the Lord my family dr sees I do not run out of my stomach meds. Will do another review as soon as I make another appointment.

Good doctor, absolute worst staff. They aren’t great about answering calls or returning calls. Literally worst run office I have ever been to. Two weeks of trying to schedule a procedure is ridiculous.

Has a great bedside manner and just overall caring and good doctor.
