Some people complained about the price but that was the easiest dental I think I've ever had. You get what you pay for, folks, and I'm satisfied. Allison paid special attention to me leading up to the procedure and ensured I was comfortable and the procedure itself was quick and painless.

I came to access oral surgery for the 1st time yesterday, I had some teeth that were causing me a lot of pain & they were nice enough to squeeze me in as an emergency to get me taken care of. Everyone from the receptionist to the oral surgeon was so nice! I didn’t get the name of the nurse I had (she had gorgeous golden blonde dreads or twists) but she was so so sweet & comforting. I was very nervous to have teeth pulled, I’ve never had more than a filling & she really helped me stay calm. While I was getting numbed she talked to me & really helped to keep my mind off it. During the procedure when I started to tense up she reminded me to breathe & comforted me the whole time. I wish I had gotten her name to give her the credit she deserves! Dr. McKinney was also so wonderful! He explained everything & made sure I wasn’t in pain during the process. The whole thing was much quicker & easier than I expected! They also gave detailed after care instructions that are very helpful. I’m so extremely thankful for the team at access for getting me in & taking such good care of me! Thanks again to Dr. McKinney & the whole crew!!

I needed to have oral surgery and the staff are so kind and so sweet but professional and the doctor is awesome. I definitely will recommend to my friends. Kudos!!!

I had a wisdom tooth extracted this morning at Access Oral Surgery. From the first phone call I received from the office, I felt comfortable. I spoke with Ashleigh over the phone a few times prior to my appointment. She was professional and answered all questions. I arrived the morning of my surgery and was greeted by a clean, comfortable office and by the office staff who were all polite and worked quickly to get me signed in and all set. I was taken back promptly and Ashleigh took a blood sample and again answered all my questions. Dr. McKinney came in and went over what would be happening and gave me my local anesthesia before extracting my tooth. I felt comfortable the entire time. He talked to me and let me know what was happening and what to expect. The procedure lasted only a few minutes and I was good to go. I would like to thank Dr McKinney and his staff for a quick, thorough, and painless experience. I will definitely return if I am in need of additional oral procedures and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. McKinney and staff were wonderful. Both Krystal the nurse and the assistant Krystal were very helpful and caring. Staff at the front were very helpful as well. He made a tooth extraction painless. Highly recommend Dr. McKinney 😊

Everything went fine until a month later when they hit me with a bill for $92 for consultation I paid $164 out of pocket before they would do the extraction if you have to go here get everything in writing before you do business Update I received a formal letter of discharge because my actions go against their core values the problem happens to be from a 92 dollar charge for sitting in the lobby of the office for 50 minutes that was billed as a consultation

On Feb 20 Dr McKinney extracted 3 teeth and installed 2 implants in order to make a 3 tooth bridge. His staff were extremely helpful in helping me get through this complex surgery. On June 4 I had an appointment to check out the progress of the procedure. Everything checked out ok and now I will go to my to dentist to have the bridge installed. I highly recommend Dr McKinney and his wonderful staff.
