I saw Dr. Jump for a colonoscopy. She was late for the appointment, very standoffish and rather dismissive. Did not care for her at all. She was insufficient in diagnosing my problems and I went elsewhere, where I found out I have a connective tissue disorder causing my problems and received the appropriate care. If you have a case that’s easy to find, she may be the one, but as for me, I’ll pass.

I had a colonoscopy done with her. Insufficient in finding the issue. Rude and standoffish demeanor. My case was hard and I was passed around a lot of doctors...treated poorly by all. Went elsewhere where they found a diagnosis. Would not recommend this doctor unless your case is easy to crack. Colonoscopy left me feeling unwell too; and I’ve had three before this one. Did not care for staff either. Doctor also late for scope.
