Overall experience was great. They were efficient in getting me in and out, which I really appreciated because my ride had to wait at the center. Rachel, RN and Dr. Kerns, Anesthesiologist had such great bedside manner. They both explained things really well too.

I don't know why anyone would give a bad Review here. The nurses were exceptional! I was scared to death of going under and the surgical nurse held my hand and comforted me until I was out. The Anesthesiologist was so incredible. And the surgeon was amazing. Even my after care nurse was amazing! They were the most professional medical staff anyone could have asked for.

The staff really cares for their patients, the care and kindness from the receptionist, nurses anesthesiologist gosh thank you so much for making me feel comfortable. This is my first surgery and I am glad my experience was good. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all for being genuinely caring for the patients! Thank you again

This facility has the most unresponsive and unprofessional staff in Health care in SC. I had my foot procedure done on May 12 late afternoon and staff did not give my personal belonging upon my discharge. They refused to provide any care since it was after hour!!! I have called them several times to speak with a nurse or request to speak with a supervisor and follow up on my lost items , including my shoes!!!! when I was in OR. Nobody ever returns the calls or take responsibility of their actions. I was sent home with severe pain and lost personal belongings. Never recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve had surgery here twice… the facility is great. The reason for 2 stars is- I was literally vomiting after anesthesia and they rolled me out to the car because it was the end of the shift… surgery was longer than planned and they didn’t give me time to recover because the timing didn’t suit them. Second surgery was over three months ago and I’ve called 5+ times and emailed multiple times… they collected $$ prior to surgery when I was about to meet my deductible. On surgery date, I had met my deductible. They have owed me nearly $3k for 3 months now and after phone calls and e-mails, still won’t process the return. I’ve waited 30 minutes every time I’ve called.
