I scheduled an appointment for my kiddo on a Monday (right before closing might I add, I’m not proud of that). They were able to get me in for an appointment the very next day! I’ve honestly never had that happen, especially being a new patient. It was greatly appreciated! Once we arrived at the dental office, they were pleasant and attentive, not to mention, South Carolina was under a hurricane watch. Hurricane 🌀 Debby My kiddo is afraid of the dentist and I can honestly say that after this visit, my kiddo feels more comfortable, going to the dentist. There weren’t too many tears this time at all and the staff is patient and welcoming. My kiddo even had a tooth that refused to come out on its own, literally all summer. That tooth was removed quickly enough that my kiddo didn’t even realize it was happening until it had already happened. It was placed in a nice treasure box and extra goodies were given. I can truly say that this was hands-down the best experience for me as a parent as well. Kids tend to pick up on the behavior of adults. Needless to say, everyone we came in contact with at this facility put my kiddo at ease, and I truly appreciate them for that! ♥️♥️♥️ The office is clean, bright, welcoming, and there are bright paintings along in the walls. The atmosphere did an amazing job of setting the tone as well. The movie Elementals was playing, amazing distraction. The TVs above the ceiling gave my kiddo something to look at while getting their teeth cleaned. 10/10 recommend!

This is a review about the hygienist. Her name was Danielle. I have never been to a dentist for any of my children or me, to where a hygienist explained every single thing that she was doing, How things work (brushing etc) showing my son why he needs to do certain things, EVERYTHING! She was absolutely wonderful. Any others have cleaned the teeth and that's all. This woman is amazing! Taught even me things that I didn't realise. So very informative. Will be trying to request her everytime!
