Colby Grossman's Online Review Report Card

BEST physician ever! When I became his patient years ago, I was seeing many different specialists, who did not communicate with each other. It was extremely difficult to not only keep track of them, the meds they prescribed, tests ran, but to remember everything to tell the others. Dr. Grossman changed that, changed my life! Not only is he brilliant, caring, has exceptional staff, but he remembers the littliest things about his patients along with the important things. Phenomenal person/physician!!! Of course he would have outstanding staff to work with. I dread his retirement selfishly, but hope he enjoys every second and grateful it's a few years down the road. No idea what I will do then, but truly Thank God daily for him.

I would recommend Dr. Grossman, along with his outstanding staff, to anyone looking for a doctor who really cares about his patients. Have been seeing him for many years, and trust him, his judgement, and his staff completely.

Dr. Grossman has been my primary care physician since I was 17 years old. Never have I met a doctor that cares and has such zest for his job and patients. In fact I’m a third generation patient to Dr. Grossman. My grandparents my parents and myself are and were patients to him. Rest in Peace to my grandparents There is nobody other than Dr. Grossman that I will visit and allow to take care of me. His office staff are such a pleasure and they make an effort to know everyone and do everything in their power to make your visit as easy as possible. Dr. Grossman’s nurse Kaye is so kind and makes me smile every time I come in for a visit. I could go on a diatribe explaining the wonders of this office and why it’ll always be my choice. Made me feel very comfortable like I was talking to a friend. My blood pressure was usually high for the 1st time in my 55yrs! He prescribed some diuretics and scheduled me to see my doctor in two weeks. Thanks Dr. Grossman

My husband and I both have Dr. Grossman as our primary physician for about 4 years. He has given us excellent care he listens and is dedicated to giving the best care available. We depend on him and Kay his nurse for our wellbeing.

I called the office and ask if they were accepting new patients. The girl on the phone said Dr. Grossman wasnt but the P.A. was accepting patients and I could see her if I wanted. Reluctantly I agreed. The office faxed me a packet to fill out. I completed it and returned it via fax. I followed up to ensure they received the fax. Later in the day the office calls me to say they are not accepting new patients. That information would have been nice to know. We have had multiple bad experiences with the front office at multiple Palmetto Primary facilities.

I love the caring Drs. and staff here at PPCP Oakbrook office. I see Tracey and she is very sweet and caring. Want to wish everyone at this office a HAPPY THANKSGIVING. Ive been coming to this office for many years. See you in January 2019.

May be a great Doctor but office system as as incompetent as any other called to inquire about becoming a patient. First question I asked was is he accepting new patients and was told yes. Spent 20 minutes of my work day registering only to be called the next day and told he was not.

Absolutely love Dr Grossman and his staff. Feel well cared for and loved ❤️

Dr. Grossman has been my primary doctor for close to 30 years. He takes the time to listen to my needscomplaints and I have never left his office feeling that my health was NOT his main concern. His office staff is always friendly and helpful making any office visit less stressful and definitely more relaxing. Instead of dreading a visit to the doctor I find myself at ease and confident before and after each appointment knowing that whatever my concerns arewere I will be given the utmost attention and concern for my welfare.
