Delite Dental's Online Review Report Card

Every time I have gone to this dentist office there is a new front desk staff and they continue to get less and less professional which is a shame because the dentist and hygienists are great! Recently I attempted to reschedule an appointment that was canceled on me and the girl kept mixing up her dates and times and seemed very unfit for the job. I decided to call back and try again another day to have the same thing happen again. She couldn't get her dates and times right and she was acting as I was bothering her trying to get specifics. I drive over an hour to get there and cannot risk an incorrect date or time to show up and be told I don't have an appt. The last time we had cleanings they were an hour behind . I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The front desk is completely unorganized.

Horrific service. The moment I walk in the first thing the receptionist says to me is, “okay so that will be $350 today okay?” They refused to call delta dental and give them the codes they’d be using so I could have a ballpark idea of pricing, I even called delta dental and had the speaker on so the receptionists could both here…yet they refused to call my insurance and let me know a round about cost. Super disappointing as I wanted a holistic dentist and drove all the way from Columbia.

Dr Lee is personable and approachable. She listens carefully to your questions and responds with comprehensive answers. I am highly confident after my first visit that I am in good hands as we strive together to solve my snoring problem.

Dr Lee and the staff at Delite Dental are amazing! We are so grateful for a dentist highly trained in airway ortho care as an alternative to braces! Everyone here makes you feel welcome and cared for and we couldn’t be more pleased with all of our treatments from cleanings to airway devices. I highly recommend Delite Dental and encourage parents to have their children (and yourselves!) checked for airway issues. It is seriously life changing. Better sleep no headaches, little to no congestion. Amazing!

Dr. Kim was amazing today! He made me feel very comfortable and I had to have a tooth removed which isn't fun. His bedside manners were great and so was the rest of the staff. I have confidence in the care I'm recieving.

First impression was awesome! Looking forward to my next visit when needed!

Dr Kim is so knowledgeable and gives great advice but lets the patient make the final decision and supports it. Amber is kind, sympathetic and efficient. I had a very positive experience!

I moved here recently from Sarasota Florida. I had a fabulous dentist before I moved. I didn’t think I would find another equivalent to what I had. After researching the area, I found Delite Dental. I was very impressed with my first visit. Dr Kim and his staff were very knowledgeable, professional and a very relaxing visit. I am looking forward to my next visit without apprehension. Great dentist office! I had a cleaning and repair to a broken filling done in one day. I was in and out of the office in one hour. Each member of the staff was kind and welcoming.

I have had a great experience at Delite Dental! Dr. Lee recommended the Prosomnus Evo sleep appliance and it has made a world of a difference. I've had the device for just over a year and it has significantly improved my sleep and eliminated snoring. The entire staff is knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I highly recommend Delite Dental for their exceptional care and expertise!
