Belly button scar is extremely large, square shaped. The scar on my stomach is crooked, and uneven, he even left something inside of me where he stitches me up on the end of my hips and I had to get him to remove it. From Day 1 after surgery inwas also left with a hernia that he never fixed. For a doctor having that many years of experience and doing such a horrible job is pathetic. He needs to get his license away until he can care for his patients better and take more pride in his work

I went there for a year to fix a simple problem. After 6 visits visually no improvement. They tried to get more money out of me but I refused. Don’t waste your time and money going to Sweetgrass.

I am 6 months post op on my mommy makeover. My belly button is deformed and very long and still red. I am having to do a revision on my breasts and I just feel like this happens so often from the reviews I have read. I am upset I have to pay AGAIN for something that should have been done correctly the first time.

Dr. Schimpf was very nice but he is not the most skilled surgeon around. He did a facelift and eyes for me. The outcome was better than how I went in but the scarring was dreadful. I give him a C- grade on my eyes. Everyone in his office was nice, although their phone system is quite annoying with lots of maddening auto prompts. I ultimately went to another doctor who redid it all and with NO scars whatsoever! Best to look elsewhere for a quality job.

I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair with Dr. Schimpf. When I went in for the surgery, Dr Schimpf came in the dressing room and drew on me to show me what he was going to do. When I went into the surgical room, the nurses and anesthesiologist were in the room. I was put under before Dr. Schimpf came into the room. When I came back for my 1st post op visit, they didn't take after photos. I knew something was wrong. Dr. Schimpf came in and immediately said he could a revision on my belly button. My stomach was pulled so tight, that it prevented me from standing up straight for over almost two months. When I went in for another post op appt, he told me he could a revision on everything. My stomach, belly button and hips are a complete nightmare. I am left with a 3 inch wide scar from hip to hip, ugly belly button and I have dog ears on both sides. It looks like I was cut on by Edward Scissorhands. NO WAY, I would let this man cut me again! Do your research before letting him cut you.

Any type of surgery that has to do with cutting! The scars are horrible!

Dr. Schimpf has changed my life and the way I feel about myself thanks to the procedures he performed on me. I really could not be happier, and I’m very grateful. I had an upper lid lift, a neck lift and several areas of liposuction. I never expected to feel this good about my body again (I’m 53).

Do not let this guy do any kind of facial surgery to you. And from reading previous reviews, he loves doing second procedures to correct first mess ups with even worse results. Left me with scaring around my ears from a lower face lift and yes made it worse the second time around. Did find another surgeon that corrected problems and was told Dr. Schimpfs work was from over tightening. His training b.t.w. was from a school in the Caribbean which should have set off alarm bells. Run don't walk away from this incompetent surgeon!
