Frampton Henderson's Online Review Report Card

Staff was busy and wait was a little bit but once in the exam room everything was quick and awesome. Full check up, blood work drawn and minor surgical procedure all done lickity split. Fast check out.

The staff is great. Dr Henderson actually takes the time to listen to his patients and puts in effort to figure out the problem and make sure they are comfortable with and understand diagnosis and treatment. 1010 would recommend

When I am able to see him I’m always happy too He knows how to calm your fears and get you to understand what needs to be done

He is readily available anytime you have a need. He also has a very good staff. I hesitate to give him 5 stars because that will encourage more patients. LOL.

Excellent physician He took the time to listen to all my concerns and needs without a hint of condescension or “talking down” to me. His knowledge and attention are very thorough and I didn’t doubt any of his advice nor suggestions. It took a little while to get in to see him because he only sees a couple of new patients each week. That just shows dedication to his current patients and their health needs. I found my guy—even though he’s over an hour drive away from Edisto

This complaint is in regards to my father who is a patient of Dr. Frampton Henderson. My father has recently experienced a drastic decline in his health which has greatly concerned all of us. As such I have made multiple attempts to contact Dr. Henderson to discuss and establish long term care plans and admittance into an adult rehabilitation center. Promptness of return phone calls is non existant on one occasion waiting more than an entire business day for a follow up phone call even after explaining the urgency of my father recently suffering several falls in his home.My most recent phone call with the office on 6242020 was met with rudeness and an unwillingness to provide an acceptable standard of care by the receptionist at the Oakbrook office. After expressing the highly urgent nature in getting my father seen and placed into a care facility I was told he could not be seen for 5 business days. When I became upset with this the receptionist became irate and argumentative. I will now have to look for a new doctor to provide care for my father. I hope that palmetto primary care of which my family has a history of patronage 35+ years can sort out the extreme problems which have recently become commonplace at the oakbrook office.

Dr. Henderson represents the ideal in excellent Family Medicine as promulgated by the American Academy of Family Physicians. His calm professional manner assures the patient and his keen clinical skills bring tremendous value to the well being of the patient. He is very patient a good listener and a confident clinical decision maker. Highly recommend both him and his staff for providing fine experience and a very nice sense of caring

Didnt care for his unsolicited political views. Probably a good practice to keep politics and medicine separate.
