The best doctor I've ever had.. I am now pregnant after a hernia removal

I was in an immense amount of pain in my abdomen for a few days. He performed my surgery quickly (unknown reason for my pain but know location before surgery, quick fix during surgery, in recovery after only 20 minutes). I was immediately out of pain post op. Super grateful for his services. Extremely pleasant bedside manner. Very heartfelt and thorough.

Doctor Warren took my gallbladder out yesterday, and everything went well. He was very nice and personable, answered all my questions, and the surgery was quick and seems to have gone off without a hitch, despite my gallbladder having been packed with stones. The staff at his office were also helpful and patient with me, which I very much appreciated.

He saved my life and kept me laughing during the recovery process! Funny yet professional. This was my first major surgery and I was TERRIFIED and he kept me at ease. Great surgeon!

Met with Dr. Warren and wasn’t impressed with his professionalism AT ALL. We decided to go back to MUSC where they will preform the necessary surgery. Don’t be negative towards your competition, you have no idea what my family has been through. Also the office never canceled the pre- authorization for the CT Scan that was canceled.

Dr. Warren performed a hernia operation for me, and was able to combine it with another surgery I wanted as well. I went with the mesh, per his recommendations. Since then, I have had multiple people that have had hernia surgeries tell me that this was definitely the way to go. Dr. Warren's recommendations were spot on, and his explanations were fantastic and comforting. He glued my incision so there were no external stitches to worry about and the recovery went fantastically. It is less than a month after the surgery and I have no pain and am able to function normally despite the "double" surgery. My experience with the staff at the office was also fantastic. The staff behind the desk took their time to explain everything to me and were patient with me while I got all my correct information together (I haven't had to do something like this before). Even during follow-up calls, they've been fantastic. When my employer provided the wrong phone number on my FMLA form, Mrs. Carmen (who had also handled the scheduling) was kind enough to resend the form for me. And when I had to reschedule my follow-up exam due to the birth of my daughter, they gave me kind wishes and no hassle. This has turned a potentially scary experience into a much more positive one. Thank you Dr. Warren, Mrs. Carmen, and the rest of the amazing staff!

This isn't a review for the Dr but for the on call person that works on the weekends named Evalyn. I called to find out if I needed to go to the ER or wait until Monday and when she asked who my Dr was I told her I haven't seen one yet and she replied" I can't help you" then hung up on me. No respect at all and if someone like that answered my on call line she or he would be fired immediately.

He saved my life! After a very scary admission process, he made me feel at ease. During the recovery period and my 2 week hospitalization, he was a breath of fresh air from the rest staff that I was dealing with. He's funny yet professional. Great surgeon hands down!!!
