What a Fantastic Dr Bedside manner is 200% which is very important to me. Takes his time with you and explains everything and the reason behind the why. Wish more Drs were like him. Dr.Mathews was really nice. Explained everything that was going on with me to the best of his abilities to make sure that I understood. He makes sure that his patients is comfortable and happy while being upbeat and happy himself.

Dr.Wilkie prescribed the wrong dose of medication. I called their office several times to tell them about the error but received no help. I had to make an appointment to see Dr. Wilkie at which point she admitted the dosage had been prescribed incorrectly. She took no responsibility for this error nor the fact that they didnt listen when I tried to get this resolved over the phone prior to this unnecessary appointment. She instead blamed their computer system. This should have been resolved the first time I called and told them of the issue. She implied that their would be no charge for the appointment as it was an error on their end but I received a bill due to the Dr.s mistake and their inability to fix their problem when I called and informed them.

Very kind and compassionate. Takes the time to answers questions and is very thorough with explaining plan of care. Would highly recommend. I felt very well taken care of and informed on my care. His staff was great too

I have traveled all of the country due to my condition and have seen so call top rated endocrinologists at Cleveland Clinic and Mayo but after 1 visit with Dr. Mathews I was far more impressed with his knowledge and empathy than anyone else Ive seen.

Definitely the worst doctors office experience I have ever had. If you want to be treated with respect care and dignity then stay far away. Definitely stay away if you dont want to be nickelanddimed. I have told multiple people at this office that the standard of care I have been receiving is horrible and not a single person could bring themselves to even pretend like they cared in any way whatsoever. These people should all be ashamed of themselves. I do not understand other patients who are describing Matthews as empathetic. I found him to be cold greedy and unethical. My other doctors will call me up personally or send me an email to see how I am doing I cant even get this guy to return repeated phone calls after a brain tumor diagnosis. If he is too busy to treat his patients well then he needs to stop taking new patients.

Dr Matthews accommodated me by doing a video call since I live 3 hours away. I was so impressed by his attention to me for the entire time. He listed to my whole story of years and years of struggle. He said two things to me that made me realize how worth the wait and the time to be a patient of his1 I dont give up we will figure this out2 Im going to work with your other two doctors to come up with a solutionIve only had one other doctor in my life and hundreds of Dr visits say this to me. After feeling defeated for years I hung up the call and felt hopeful. Thank you Dr. Matthews

Dr. Mathews and his staff are the best. Dr. Mathews listened to me when other doctors have not and I truly believe that he can and will figure out what is going on with my health.
