Don't let them make your dentures. When they don't fit right , her attitude is oh well that's the way it works out sometimes, just use adhesive. The ideal of implants is not to have to use adhesive. This happened about 3 years ago and I am still fuming. Alot of money for nothing.

I have been with Lowcountry Dentistry since it's inception and have never had a better experience than I have had with Doctors' Haffner, Lloyd and staff. They go out of their way to give you state of the art treatment as painlessly as possible. Staff is experienced and happy, which is evident by how well the office is run.

I don't often take the time to provide reviews, but in this case, I am compelled to. Dr. Lloyd, Rachel and Stephanie are amazing. I have always been terrified to go to the dentist, but this team is so compassionate, caring and wants to ensure that I am comfortable. Everyone in the entire office is friendly and you can tell everyone loves their job. 5 Stars and highly recommend!

Our wonderful dentist retired after we'd been seeing him for 17 years. It was a little worrying to find a new family dentist after so many years, but after my first visit, I know I have found our new home. The team was so thorough and caring and the office offers so many more services in-house. I look forward to many years in the care of Dr. Lloyd and her team.

I love this dental clinic! i’ve been in and out of dental offices since i was a teen having braces, various procedures done, and this is hands down the best experience and most respectful and welcoming staff you could ask for. they are friendly and efficient, every visit has been pleasant. Dr Lloyd takes the time to check in on every patient no matter how busy she gets. Special mention for my dental hygienist Jessica, she is such a darling and very gentle with my teeth. ✨✨

After moving down here two weeks prior, I had a tooth that crack. I called them at noon and I was sitting in a dental chair at 12:45! Everyone from the receptionist to the assistance to the dentist were so kind. They weren't just interested in handing me a really large bill and sending me out the door...they actually worked on the tooth that cracked so it wouldn't cut my tongue anymore. I will not lie there was a lot of hand holding, which I don't normally require, but they delivered in spades. I was so impressed. I can't thank them enough. I've found my new dentist. I couldn't be happier with them.

DO NOT GO HERE. Moved to Summerville about a year ago and was looking for a new dentist. Made an appointment here because it took my insurance and was close by. HOWEVER, I was called a few days before my appointment to let me know that they had an opening for a cleaning after my appointment. I was like "what are you talking about, I already have an appointment. That's when I found out that their first appointments are NOT cleanings, they are waste of time intakes. MICHELLE is SUPER RUDE and will LIE to you saying it is against the law. I have lived in SC no 9 years and have been to about 4 dentists. I have NEVER not had my teeth cleaned on a first appointment. EVERY other dentists can manage both intake and cleaning in the same visit, but this place cannot. RUN, don't walk away from here. Then she tried to tell me they would not even clean my teeth without a note from my OB since I am pregnant. I reach out to my OB who had heard of this before, but said its silly, because its just means no x-rays and no lidocaine with epi. Cleanings are totally fine, in fact they are encouraged. Again, RUDE MICHELLE who has no idea what she is talking about was trying to say its for my safety, which is a lie, its a bigger risk not to clean a pregnant woman's teeth. MICHELLE is not a nurse and has not idea what she is talking about. I have work in healthcare over 15 years, so know its a lie. I do not mind getting a note, but that takes time. MICHELLE as HARASSING me at work, and I work in a busy ICU about getting the letter that day, threatening me that shoe would not hold the appointment and cancel it. This practice is just pure LAZY, DISORGANIZED, and full of LIES. RUN. At least I found all this out before I wasted my time here and can find another dentist.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I absolutely HATE the dentist(sorry guys) but this is the first time in 32 years that I actually don't mind coming in. They are so sweet, friendly, and personable that I almost forget why I'm there. Thank you ladies for everything you do! You guys are the BEST!

This dental office is amazing! I had an infected tooth and they got me in quickly and smoothly as a new patient. They showed care and concern over me as a customer. Everyone was also very friendly. I just recommended someone who should be calling soon to schedule an appointment.

This place is awesome. Smiles everywhere. Friendly is such an understatement. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist. The wife and I loved the color of the spacious lobby. We mentioned how much we liked it to the technicians and they went out to the shed to get the color code off of it. Just incredible how so many happy people could all be working in the same building.
