Dr. Nellis was referred by our last doctor. The day before I was at the ER and had a sinus infection and was upfront with them. The nurse was great but when Dr. Nellis came in he stayed by the door. At no time did he come near me. He never asked what my symptoms were. He assumed I was contagious. Told me to stay home! And among other things he said to me. I was so upset when I left, I will not go back!!!
